How to replace a blown speaker in 95 ford probe?

How to replace a blown speaker in 95 ford probe?
My passenger side speaker is either blown or has a short in it. How should I go about fixing this problem? Do I need just new wires or a new speaker all together. Where can I find these parts, and who can i take it to for this type of work
Im sorry eddy must of misunderstood the part where i was taking it somewhere to get it fixed. I don't just go round unscrewing my d*** car door to look at something I know nothing about. Hence this is why i asked. I didn't say how do I fix a speaker I said how to replace a speaker. Please read the question.
Im asking you paul because i obviously didnt know best buy did that hence where can I buy them from? and where can I take it to? Those where my questions I dont have time to take apart a door that I can have soemone else do duh! If something goes wrong I can blame them If I do it myself I cant. So therefore instead of being a cheap dumb person I' ll take it to a proffesional ..only one bright answer under my comments
