Ford F250 4x4 stops running while going 70MPH...looses all power and dies, won't...

...restart.. what could be wrong? F250 6.0L 4x4 diesel. Right after the truck stopped tried to start back up and the engine rolled over just never started completely. The turbo has been replaced along with the EGR valve. Dealership is saying it's the battery but when it was towed, the wrecker kept the key turned over for two days...
