Default 2010 Ford Fusion recall question?

Apparently the Ford Fusion had a recall for a part on the transmission for the 2010 model. I have a question regarding this.

If I buy a certified used 2010 Ford Fusion in July, will the part on the car be fixed?

Some 2009-2010 Escape, Mariner and 2010 Fusion, Milan vehicles equipped with a 6F35 automatic transmission may exhibit a fluid leak from the left hand (LH) halfshaft seal. This may be due to seal and/or bushing wear caused by the halfshaft surface finish.

If you buy a 2010 Fusion in July there is no reason it would not be fixed. When Ford dealers certify their cars they run them through a 169-Point inspection and there is very specific criteria the car must meet before they can certify that car, this includes TSBs. Assuming you buy the car from a authorized Ford Dealer.
