Default Does it make sense to buy extended warranty for a car (Ford Fusion)?

I need to decide ASAP. Are there any benefits to it? Thank you so much in advance for any hints
My manufac warranty is about to end. 2 years car
they changed burnt headlamp bulb once for free
I'm irked by having to change oil at dealership (expensive and long), otherwise the manufacture's warranty doesn't work. Does this nonsense apply to extended manufac warranty, I wonder?
Just swamped by this and all this decision making-I want to live back in time with a farting horse and a cart and cash and gout by fireplace

I purchased a EXTENDED WARRANY 125.000 miles and a PREMIUM MAINTENANCE also with 125.000 miles' set it up every 5000 miles I go for service. on the EXTENDED WARRANTY, I TOOK FIRST DAY CAR RENTAL.I have had it on 3 new trucks and car. the policy I traded my truck for a new Taurus, and the dealer gave me money for my extended policy. I believe I paid for both $2,200. one major repair will be halve of your policy. and don't forget you do not pay for,OIL, TIRE ROTATION, WIPER BLADES IF NEEDED,ect
