Default My 2010 ford fusion engine rumbles?

So I got my ford fusion se in aug 2009 its never gave me a problem and only has 18900 miles anyways here's my problem hopefully someone can help. Long story short my car won't pass 2nd gear when it goes over 40 mph the engine rumbles when I go 50 feels like an earthquake I got a transmission flush hoping it stop mole still does it. No engine light is on. Is it the weather or the engine? Its super cold over here in chicago. And do ford new cars get 3 years warranty?
power train warranty thanks for letting me know and for the gear shifts i see but there is no red light there is no light at all, is it poss. that its cause of the snow underneath the car? i ask a friend and he thinks its cause of the snow underneath the car thts making it hard? any opinions?
