Smog guy turned out to be a dick

After going to a different smog shop, the tech asked me why the last smog tech put down modified twice ??? WTF It is a bone stock 1998 v10. It passed with great numbers. The 1st smog guy was just a dick who failed me for ??? whatever reason. Just goes to show you.
